Owing to our location and long standing experience and expertise in arranging insurance for the offshore industry, we have our own specialist offshore insurance package.

Liabilities.

Our policy will provide insurance cover against your legal liabilities for damages, claimants' cost and legal expenses.

Employers Liability

Covering the legal liability to employees of the company in respect of injuries sustained in connection with that business, with an indemnity limit of £10 m (onshore) or £5 m (offshore)

Public Liability

Providing cover where accidental bodily injury to members of the public or accidental damage to their property is caused in A specialist insurance designed for offshore business, including all major oil contractors the course of the business,
with an indemnity limit of £2 m or £5 m

Cover Includes:

Contractual Liability
Indemnity to Principals
Waiver of Subrogation Right (Hold Harmless Clause)

All as required by all the major oil contractors
